The original packaging must be intact and undamaged, with all accessories and the original invoice included.
If there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Used or opened products are not accepted in certain categories, such as:
Food products or products affected by storage conditions.
Personal care products or products for direct consumption.
Discounted or special offer products unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

- For cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
- Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on the part of All Food (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged product).
